Who is responsible

We handle your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. We use them only to answer your request. Until we pick the message up, it is stored by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

Booked calls

Calls are booked through Calendly. Calendly processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and statistics

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Only after you choose "Accept all" do we load Google Tag Manager for statistics. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Videos

YouTube videos load only when you click play (youtube-nocookie.com). Before that, no request goes to YouTube.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@cravespeaking.com.
